Currently reading Embassytown
. Surprising just how far Miéville has wandered off into SF. It kind of feels even "Banksian." I recently also picked up and have somewhat read through about a dozen books on a subject I won't discuss here. But mostly it's just technical textbookish type stuff. Lots of learning going on. Oh, and I'm taking Chinese this semester, so I've been reading actual textbooks as well.
